Swimming training has yet to become harder. For a sum for yesterday's training, I swam 3600m. Surprised ?

First it was 400m warm up ( 200 streamline, 200 easy)
Then it was 1000m technique improvement.
Later on 10 x 100m Kickboard. ( I managed to conquer this, Beat that!)
Final torture was 1000m with 3 pulls 1 breathe. (This is for endurance)
Then the 200m cool down which includes backstroke, breast stroke and 2OBack.
I do really hope that one day I would be able to join triathlon. That's all, nothing much bout that.

For those who do not know what triathlons are, it is something like a marathon, but inclusive of 3 sports. Usually they go with swim-bike-run. I never tried this before, really hope to participate in stuff like that.
